Holi, the festival of colours, is celebrated worldwide, but the biggest and most colourful gathering occurs in Mathura and Vrindavan of Uttar Pradesh, India. It is the only destination that witnesses an extraordinary vibrancy of culture & colours during this festive season.

Travel Photography is all about getting the real essence of the place, i.e., knowing the local culture, interacting with local people, watching their celebrations, and experiencing their way of life. During our photography tour, we will focus on capturing this colourful event’s spirit and local people’s mood. We will guide you to cover various holi festival events safely and explore the streets of Vrindavan.

ITINERARY:

Day 1 (24.02.26) : Arrive pre-booked hotel of Vrindavan by afternoon. In evening, there will be a live demonstration of “ How to Wrap and Protect Your Camera during Holi” and discussion on personal safety & precautions during Holi festival. Night stay at Vrindavan

Day 2 (25.02.26) : We will start around 11 am for Barsana to experience the riot of colours of Lathmar Holi. The event takes place at Barsana village. Here, the men from Nandgaon, the land of Krishna, come to play Holi with the women of Barsana. But, instead of colours, the gopis (maidens) greet them with sticks.

Day 3 (26.02.26) : Today we will visit the Sirji Temple of Nandgaon for the holi festival Samaj Celebration. Today the men of Nandgaon drench everybody with water and colours. Night stay at Vrindavan

Day 4 (27.02.26) : Today morning, we will organise a concept shoot of “widow holi with flower and colours” exclusively for our tour participants. Afternoon by 12.00, check-out from hotel and end of the trip with card full of colourful images.

COST OF TRIP:

For Indian Nationals: Rs. 34,000/- for Indian nationals on double shared accommodation in a 3 Star to 4 Star category hotel at Vrindavan. Single accommodation will be arranged on request and it will cost Rs. 40,000/-.

For Foreign Nationals : 500$ on double shared accommodation. Single accommodation will be arranged on request and it will cost 600$.

FEE INCLUDES:

• It will cover all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner),starting from Day 1 lunch till Day 4 breakfast.
• Mineral  waterwill be provided throughout the trip
• Tea/Coffeewill be provided along with breakfast and in evening
• All local transportsfor Barsana and Nandgaon  
• Widow Holi concept shoot
• Organiser’s fee

FEE DOESN’T INCLUDES :

• Any flight or train tickets
• Any airport/ railways station pick-up and drop
• Nandgaon temple photography fee
• Any additional food items or beverage during meals.
• Any personal habit or expenses

Kindly Note :

• Vrindavan is a spiritual place, only vegetarian mealsare available during the tour ( no non-vegetarian food is allowed )
• No alcoholic drink is available in Vrindavan
• During holi festival, camera protection is mandatory
