Our trip itinerary covers the most photogenic non-tourist places of Ladakh guided by experienced international photography workshop mentor Tania Chatterjee.

Itinerary : (8 Days and 7 Nights)
Day 1 ( 3rd September, 2022) : We fly to Leh from our destinations. We check in to our hotel and relax. Arrival at Leh by afternoon and report at pre-booked hotel. Spend a relaxed day in the hotel for acclimatization. First day is very important for acclimatization. It is highly recommended to take rest and drink water on regular intervals and not venture out during the first half. Mentor will arrange an introduction session and presentation on Ladakh in evening. Overnight stay at Leh.
Day 2 (4th September, 2022) : Early morning after breakfast we will start our journey for beautiful Aryan Valley for portrait shoot. As we are talking about the Brokpas, that is the ladakhi Aryans, they’re fully different. They have their own tradition, culture and heritage. Afternoon we will explore the Brokpas community in nearby villages. Overnight stay at Dah village.
Day 3 (5th September, 2022) : After breakfast drive back to Leh. Enroute stop at Lamayuru monastery, one of the most beautiful monasteries of the region. Further drive to Alchi Choskor, a UNESCO listed heritage site. On the way, we will stop to some scenic locations. Arrive Leh at evening, check in to your hotel. Overnight stay at Leh.
Day 4 (6th September, 2022 ) : After a relaxed breakfast, we drive to the village of Korzok, at 4500m, perhaps the village at the highest altitude in the world that is inhabited year-round. Korzok is situated beside the stunning Tso Moriri and is one of the regional headquarters of the Changpa nomads. On the way, we will stop to Tso Kar Lake. The Tso Kar is also known as the “White Lake” because its shores are marked with white salt of the water deposits. The lake offers great views, lovely opportunities for photography and a great place to just sit & revel in the surroundings. Overnight we will stay at Korzok village.
Day 5 ( 7th September, 2022 ) : Early morning landscape shoot of beautiful Tsomoriri lake. After breakfast we will start for Hanle. On the way we will shoot and experience the nomadic life of Changpas. The Changpas lead an isolated nomadic life at 4,000 meters above the sea level for thousands of years. In this harsh weather they live in harmony with nature, animals and Buddhism practises. In these barren mountains and freezing winters, the Changthani goat produces the finest Cashmere wool called Pashmina. Night stay at Hanle.
Day 6 ( 8th September, 2022 ) : Hanle is a large historic village in the Ladakh. It is the site of the 17th century Hanle Monastery (gompa) . Hanle is the home of Hanle observatory, one of the world’s highest sites for astronomical observation. Explore and shoot beautiful Hanle. Hanle gives a great opportunity to shoot landscape, as well as village life. After lunch , back to Leh city by late evening. Night stay at Leh.
Day 7 ( 9th September, 2022 ) : Today we will explore and shoot the beautiful monasteries and monuments around Leh city e.g Thiksey , Hemis Monasteries, Shanti Stupa. Evening spend time at Leh Market, which is an ancient market dated back to the 15th century. Overnight stay at Leh.
Day 8 ( 10th September, 2022 ) : After breakfast, our tour ends and fly out of Leh.
Workshop Fee : 52,000 INR/ person for Indians on double sharing accommodation basis and 1500 $ for foreigners on double sharing accommodation basis. Single occupancy will be arranged , on request with extra payment.
20,000 INR is booking amount of the trip.
Fee Include:
Accommodation on twin sharing basis.
Fee will cover all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) starting from Day 1(3rd September, 2022) lunch to Day 8 ( 10th September ) breakfast.

All local transports in and around Ladakh
Hiring of Local Guide
On field assistances, image reviews and mentor’s guidance fee.
Fee Doesn’t Includes :
Bus/train/flight tickets to and from Leh.
Leh airport to hotel transfer and drop.
Any personal habits or expenses
Bottled Water, additional food or beverages ordered, tips, etc.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If you cancel your registration, then you will be refunded according to the following schedule, based on the full fee of the Workshop:
45 days or more: 75% refund
30 days or more: 50% refund
Less than 30 days to 15days : 25% refund
Less than 15 days : Non –refundable
