
Vietnam Photography Workshop (Northern and South Central Coastal Vietnam )

Vietnam photography workshop will provide you opportunities to photograph local traditional cultural, daily life of people, vibrant landscapes and stunning portraits.
During the tour, you will get the chance to photograph traditional villages near Hanoi, where you will witness the daily activities of locals. The tea gardens of Long Coc will offer you breathtaking views and a chance to capture the beauty of the Vietnamese countryside.
The landscapes of Mu Cang Chai are famous for its terraced rice fields, which create stunning visual patterns. In south central Vietnam, you will have the opportunity to photograph the beautiful beaches, rural life, and traditional fishing villages. North and south central Vietnam is known for its vibrant and rich cultural heritage, making it absolutely photographer’s paradise.

ITINERARY
Day 1 ( 19th May ): Our trip will start from Cam Ranh International Airport.(Cam Ranh Airport is well-connected with all major international airports of South-East Asia). On arrival you will be transferred to Nha Trang city and check-in to a beach side hotel. Nha Trang is a coastal resort city in southern Vietnam known for its beautiful beaches. Explore the beach city at evening and relax. Over night stay a Nha Trang city.


Highlight of the Day : Arrive Nha Trang City, relax and get ready for the intensive photography workshop.
Day 2 ( 20th May ) : Wake up at 4 am and start for sunrise shoot of saltpan workers. Hon Khoi salt fields is one of the largest salt-making areas in Central Vietnam. Most of the saltpan workers in the fields are middle-age women. The images of women in their conical hats carrying out their daily activities at salt harvesting fields is surely the most impressive and most photogenic activities that visitors can see in Hon Khoi salt fields.
After breakfast, we will photograph women sewing large nets near fishing port. Sewing fishing nets is a labor intensive job. But these net making activities create so many photogenic scenes that attract photographers from all over the world.
Afternoon we will drive to Phan Rang city, which is 80 km from Cam Ranh. During sunset, we will photograph the rural life e.g the local shepherd woman along with her flock of sheep. Night Stay at Phan Rang city.

Day 3 ( 21st May ) : Wake up at 5 a.m. and visit Nam Cuong Sand Dunes, for sunrise shoot. After breakfast, we will visit Pha Rang fish drying activities. Summer is the season of sunshine and anchovy fishing season for the fishermen in the east sea of Vietnam. The men catch fish and women dry the fish for storage. After a few days of sunshine, the fish has dried, and the fish will be disinfected and canned for market or stored for food. We will photograph this fish drying activities.
Afternoon drop to Cam Ranh international Airport and fly to Hanoi city. Night stay at Hanoi.



Highlight of the Day : Sunrise shoot at Nam Cuong Sand Dunes and Pha Rang fish drying activities.
Day 4 ( 22nd May ) : Today Hanoi will welcome you with new photographic adventures. After breakfast, we will start shooting with soya sauce makers village. We will capture stunning and colorful images of the soya sauce making workshop. After that we’ll travel to the traditional bamboo fishing trap making village in Hung Yen province, where we’ll have the opportunity to observe the bamboo basket making process and capture the 200 hundred years old art of fishing with bamboo baskets. At the end we will visit to the traditional incense sticks making village near Hanoi, where artisans have been hand-crafting incense sticks for generations. Overnight stay at Pho Tho city.

Day 5 ( 23rd May ) : Early morning 4 am start for Long Coc tea garden shoot. The landscape of the tea hills will take on a kaleidoscope of colours, curves, and angles. After tea garden shoot, we will drive to Mu Cang Chai ( 5/6 hours drive ). On the way to Mu Cang Chai, we will visit Tu Le valley to photograph the sunset. Tu Le is famous for its stunning terrace rice field. Overnight stay at Mu Cang Chai.

Day 6 ( 24th May ) : Wake up at 5 a.m. for sunrise shoot at Raspberry Hill. Raspberry hill is one of the places with the most beautiful terraced fields in Mu Cang Chai. Almost whole day we will shoot the beautiful rice terrace around Mu Cang Chai and daily life photos of Hmong ethnic people. Sunset we will shoot at the famous Horseshoe Hill. The Horseshoe Hill in Sang Nhu village is one of the top must-photo-spot view in Mu Cang Chai. Overnight stay at Mu Cang Chai.
Highlights of the Day : Sunrise and sunset shoot of rice terraces and Hmong ethnic people lifestyle shoot.


Day 7 ( 25th May ) : Early morning once again take photos of rice terraces surrounded by lush green landscapes and rolling hills and charming villages of Hmong people. After breakfast start for Hanoi. Hanoi is 6 hours journey. Overnight stay at Hanoi.
Highlights of the Day : Rice terrace shoot and return to Hanoi


Day 8 ( 26th May ) : Morning is your free time to explore Hanoi street and do some shopping. At 11.00 am we bid farewell as the photography tour concludes at Hanoi airport ( Noi Bai International Airport ) or at any hotel of your choice if you would like to extend your trip longer. With some lifetime experiences and memory cards full with some amazing images we will conclude this trip.
VIETNAM TOUR FEE : 2000$ per person on double sharing accommodation and single accommodation will cost extra 250$ for 8 days and 7 nights Vietnam trip.
