Our trip itinerary covers the most photogenic places of Ladakh including mountains and lakes, monasteries and festival, portrait and lifestyle shoot of local Ladakhi people.

Itinerary: (8 Days and 7 Nights)

Day 1 (5^th July 2025, Saturday ): We fly to Leh from our destinations and arrive Leh by afternoon. Check in to pre-book hotel and relax. Spend a relaxed day in the hotel for acclimatisation. The first day is significant for acclimatisation. It is highly recommended to rest and drink water regularly and not venture out during the first half. During sunset visit Shanti Stupa. Overnight stay at Leh.

Highlight of the Day : Visit Shanti Stupa at Sunset

Day 2 (6^th July,2025, Sunday ): After breakfast, we will visit one of the most famous monasteries of Ladakh, the Hemis Monastery. During the Hemis festival, you will experience the monastery all decorated and prepared for the cultural extravaganza. Hemis Monastery festival is one of the most spectacular and colourful festivals of Ladakh. Today almost whole day we will shoot the Hemis festival, while evening we will visit Thiksey monastery. Overnight stay at Leh. 

Highlight of the Day :Hemis Monastery Festival and Visit Thiksey monastery.

Day 3 (7^th July 2025, Monday): Early morning, after breakfast, we will start our journey ( 200km / 5 hours drive) to the beautiful Aryan Valley for the Brokpa tribal portrait shoot. Brokpas, often known as the Ladakhi Aryans, with a significant difference in traditions and attire, and they have their own culture and heritage. Afternoon we will arrange photo shoot of the Brokpas community in nearby villages. Overnight stay at Dah village.

Highlight of the Day : Portrait shoot of Brokpa Tribe at Aryan Valley.

Day 4 (8^th July, 2025, Tuesday): Morning we will arrange another portrait shoot session of the Aryan people. While returning we will stop at Lamayuru monastery, one of the most beautiful monasteries of the region. Afternoon, outdoor portrait shoot of Ladakhi tribal women in their traditional attire with backdrop of magnificent Ladakhi architecture and landscape. On the way, we will stop at some scenic locations. Arrive Leh by evening, and check in to your hotel. Overnight stay at Leh.

Highlight of the Day : Lamayuru Monastery and Outdoor Portrait Shoot of Ladakhi Tribal Women

Day 5 ( 9^th July, 2025, Wednesday) : Early morning start for Nubra valley ( 170km / 5 hours drive ). En-route Khardung La pass, one of the highest motorable road in the world. Afternoon concept shoot of Ladakhi tribal women in a traditional Ladakhi house. Sunset shoot at Nubra Valley. Night stay at Nubra Valley.

Highlight of the day :Ladakhi Tribal Women Concept Shoot and Nubra Valley Cold Desert Shoot.

Day 6 (10^th July 2025, Thursday ): Early morning start for Pangong Lake ( 270 km / 7 hours drive ). On the way visit Diskit monastery. Belonging to the 14th century, this monastery is considered to be the largest and oldest monastery in Nubra Valley. Also known as Diskit Gompa, the monastery’s most prominent attraction is the huge Maitreya Buddha statue atop it. We will reach Pangong lake by late afternoon. Evening sunset shoot at beautiful Pangong Lake. Night stay beside Pangong Lake.

Highlight of the day :Disket monastery and Pangong lake.

Day 7 (11^th July 2025, Friday): After breakfast start for Leh ( 225km / 6 hours drive ). The adventurous journey itself, is an experience of lifetime. Reach Leh by late afternoon. Spend a relax evening at Leh market. Night stay at Leh. 

Highlight of the day : Sunrise at Pangong lake

Day 8 (12^th July 2025, Saturday): Our trip will ends after breakfast with lot of good memories and images of Ladakh. 

Group Size : 10-12 participants  

Fee Include:

All accommodation (Day 1 to Day 8) in Leh, Aryan Valley, Nubra Valley and Pangong lake.

Fee will cover all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) starting from Day 1(5^th July, 2025) lunch to Day 8 (12^th July, 2025) breakfast.

Mineral water throughout the trip

Tea/coffee will be served with breakfast and evening

All local transports in and around Ladakh in tempo traveller

Hiring of Local guide and translator

Arrangement of indoor and outdoor portrait shoots

Arrangement of Ladakhi dance for photo shoot

Fee Doesn’t Include:

Flight tickets to and from Leh.

Entry Fee to Monasteries’

Hemis festival seat reservation fee at monastery

Any personal habits or expenses

Any additional food or beverages ordered etc.

Tips to the hotel staffs and local guide

Any other expenses not included in the list above.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

If you cancel your registration, then you will be refunded according to the following schedule, based on the full fee of the Workshop:

45 days or more: 50% refundable of total workshop fee

Less than 30 days : Non-refundable entire workshop fee
